ebZkura is structured as a multi-member, manager-managed Limited Liability Company. Authority is vested in the management structure, not individual members, contributors, or representatives. Membership does not confer operational control, unilateral decision-making power, or rights to direct execution. All strategic, financial, and experiential decisions are made through the manager-managed governance framework to preserve consistency, accountability, and institutional integrity.

This structure exists to prevent personality capture, informal power dynamics, and extraction-based participation. Roles, responsibilities, compensation, and authority are defined by function and stewardship rather than visibility or influence. Creative input and professional expertise are welcomed within scope, but no individual operates as the brand.

The manager-managed model ensures continuity, protects the guest-centered mission, and allows ebZkura to scale responsibly without dilution of standards. Participation requires alignment with this structure and acknowledgment that the company’s systems, not personal agendas, govern outcomes.
