Hotel Takeover Guest Rules

All guests must adhere to the following conduct standards for the safety, comfort, and discretion of every attendee and hotel staff member.

1️⃣ Discretion Is Mandatory

• No photos or videos in any shared hotel spaces- Phones will remain in guests' rooms at all times during the event

• No explicit clothing in lobbies and any space clearly stating "Cover required"

• No discussing event details where non-guests can overhear.

2️⃣ Respect Hotel Staff

• Follow all directions from hotel employees, ebZKura staff and security.

• Maintain polite and respectful communication at all times.

• Do not involve hotel staff in personal or event-related activities or issues.

• Any disrespectful behavior results in immediate removal.

3️⃣ Quiet & Courteous in Common Areas

• Keep voices low to moderate in hallways and elevators.

• No gathering, loitering, or blocking hallways.

• No loud music from rooms.

---

4️⃣ Consent Is Required at All Times

• Consent must be clear, enthusiastic, and ongoing.

• No touching without explicit permission.

• No pressure, coercion, or intoxication-based consent.

• Violation leads to permanent ban.

5️⃣ Room & Property Respect

• Treat all hotel property with care—no damage, stains, or misuse.

• Towels, linens, and furniture must be used responsibly.

• Clean up after yourself in rooms and event spaces.

• Any damage fees are charged to the responsible guest.

6️⃣ No Public Play

• Absolutely no sexual activity in hallways, elevators, balconies, stairwells, pools, or any area visible to hotel staff.

• All intimate activity must occur:
  ✔ inside private rooms
  ✔ inside designated event rooms
  ✔ behind closed doors

7️⃣ Alcohol & Substance Rules

• Drink responsibly—no over-intoxication.

• No illegal substances.

• Staff may remove anyone visibly impaired or unsafe.

8️⃣ Security & Identification

• VIp Guests must possess thier event QR access keyring at all times during VIP experiences.

• Provide ID at check-in if asked by event staff.

• Unauthorized guests are not permitted; security will monitor all outside assess doors

---

9️⃣ Pool & Common Area Decorum

• No glassware at the pool.

• Clothing must be worn outside designated adult-only zones not connected to event spaces.

🔟 No Selling, Soliciting, or Recording

• No escorting or offering paid services.

• No recording devices, livestreams, or hidden cameras including Google eyewear.

• Violation = permanent blacklist.

1️⃣1️⃣ Safety & Emergency Compliance

• Follow all hotel safety rules: fire exits, occupancy limits, and emergency procedures.

• Do not tamper with fire alarms, smoke detectors, or sprinklers.

1️⃣2️⃣ Immediate Removal Clause

Ebzkra Events reserves the right to remove any guest—without refund—who violates:

• Consent rules

• Discretion rules

• Hotel property rules

• Staff disrespect

• Public indecency

• Security policy

• Substance policies
